At PrepMMI, all of our products are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital access and services — once a circuit is unlocked and delivered, there is no way for the product to be returned. This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital goods and services.
